I have a grandson that loves mint like do. I love freezing cookie dough too. That way you get big pockets of chocolate with the small pieces adding the flavor throughout the cookie. It will taste great. It’s not like he’s going to remember, but it’s sure going to make one heck of a good story later. He won’t even remember, and you’ll have a funny story to tell! The peppermint flavour is not overpowering these taste somewhat like the Arnotts mint slice we get here in NZ. But I really did finish my (very short) errand before heading home.
